3. Monthly Birthday Celebrations (Dec24-Jan25)

As part of our monthly celebrations, we take a moment to recognize and celebrate the birthdays of employees born that month. At the end of each month, we gather as a team to celebrate them with a special cake-cutting ceremony. This tradition fosters a sense of camaraderie and ensures everyone feels appreciated on their special day.
4. Decorate a Tree on spot

As part of the Christmas celebrations, employees enthusiastically participated in the “Decorate a Tree on the Spot” challenge, showcasing their festive spirit and teamwork. With only a few provided decorations and their creativity, they transformed simple trees into stunning holiday displays.
