As I embark on this new chapter, I do so with a deep sense of pride and purpose. Being a fourth-generation entrepreneur in a family with a storied legacy, I have always been inspired by the vision, resilience, and innovation that have shaped our journey over the decades. Now, as I return to Chennai, I am eager to contribute to our parent organization’s continued growth, ensuring that our legacy not only endures but also evolves with the changing times.
My journey over the past decade has taken me across the world, allowing me to gain invaluable global exposure. Studying and working abroad since 2013 has broadened my perspectives, deepened my understanding of diverse markets, and strengthened my ability to adapt and innovate. These experiences have reinforced my belief that while the world moves rapidly, the essence of a successful enterprise lies in its ability to blend tradition with transformation.
With a keen focus on operations, I look forward to immersing myself in the day-to-day workings of our various divisions. Understanding the pulse of the organization from the ground up will not only enable me to contribute meaningfully but also help in identifying new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Currently, I am actively involved in two key projects that hold great promise:
Prasad’s Recreational Centre (PRC): A premium sports and recreational facility that is set to redefine community engagement and wellness. Supporting its launch and development is an exciting challenge that I embrace wholeheartedly.
Memory Lane: A heartfelt initiative aimed at digitizing and restoring analogue memories for consumers. This B2C model carries the essence of preservation and nostalgia, bridging the past and the future in a seamless manner.
Looking ahead, I am eager to help drive Prasad Corporation’s expansion into new territories, blending global insights with local expertise. Growth is about impact—on our organization, people, and communities. I look forward to this journey with enthusiasm and a commitment to building on our rich legacy for a promising future.
